Welcome to the Radin Lab

We study the connections between eating behaviors, stress, and metabolic health across the lifespan.

About the Lab

Our research focuses on understanding how stress influences eating patterns and developing evidence-based interventions to reduce dysregulated and stress-related eating behaviors.

Research Focus Areas

We are particularly interested in mindfulness- and behavior-based approaches that support healthier eating habits and improve overall metabolic health.

Mission and Impact

Through clinical and translational research, the lab aims to develop, optimize, and expand accessible interventions that promote long-term health and well-being.
