Volunteer/Research Intern
As a research volunteer or intern in the Radin Lab, you will gain hands-on experience in clinical and behavioral health research while being supported throughout your learning journey. Volunteers gain insight into day-to-day research operations, participant-centered communication, intervention compliance, and the coordination of clinical research activities through opportunities to shadow study visits and engage with the research team. Team members also attend weekly lab meetings to learn more about ongoing studies, research methods, and collaborative scientific work.
In addition, volunteers may have the opportunity to develop an independent project under the mentorship of Dr. Radin. Projects may include conducting literature reviews, analyzing existing research data, and presenting findings to the research team. This experience is designed to help students build research, presentation, and critical thinking skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
